Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• In original, undamaged condition
• Original artwork must be returned with its original packaging

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@lehavaart.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of shipping your new item on exchanges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
